Announcing forged 5140 steel "SIR" I-Beam rods for Pontiac 400 & 455. Features include: Press-fit piston pin, 7/16" ARP 8740 capscrews, and CNC finished big end. Sold in weight-matched sets (+/- 2g). Eagle SIR I-Beam rods are an excellent alternative to reworking O.E. rods and are perfect for naturally-aspirated pump-gas street engines. Part number is SIR6625PP.
