MILLINGTON, Tenn. - Memphis International Raceway is pleased to announce a partnership extension with Performance Torque Converters (PTC) and Rick's Powder Coating to sponsor and expand the 2018 year-end points program to include the 6.0 and 7.0 classes.
PTC partnered with Memphis International Raceway last year to sponsor the 6.0 class on the Rockin' Radial Series presented by FAST. This year, we have expanded that series to seven races and added a points fund as well.
The seven-race series will get underway on February 25 with the first race of the season and will conclude at the final race in the Rockin' Radial Series Presented by FAST on October 26-28, 2018.
Rick's Powder Coating has been a long standing partner at Memphis International Raceway since 2012. Rick's Powder Coating expanded its sponsorship to include the 7.0 class in 2017 as well. With the addition of races and a points fund, Rick's Powder Coating is back on board.
As with PTC 6.0 the seven-race series will get underway on February 25 with the first race of the season and will conclude at the final race in the Rockin' Radial Series presented by FAST on October 26-28, 2018.

February 25, 2018 - Summit Bracket Racing Series presented by COMP Cams
March 2-3, 2018 - Rockin' Radial Series presented by FAST (Special Purse)

May 18-19, 2018 - Rockin' Radial Series presented by FAST (Special Purse)
July 7, 2018 - Summit Bracket Racing Series presented by COMP Cams
August 18, 2018 - Summit Bracket Racing Series presented by COMP Cams
October 26-28, 2018 - Rockin' Radial Series presented by FAST Finale (Special purse)
The events at the Summit Bracket Racing Series presented by FAST will feature a guaranteed $500-to-win with a $50 entry fee. When in conjunction with the Rockin' Radial Series presented by FAST on March 2-3 and May 18-19, the race will feature a guaranteed $1,000-to-win with a $75 entry fee, while the October 26-28, 2018 finale will feature a guaranteed $2,500-to-win on a $75 entry fee in both classes.
Points will be accumulated throughout the seven races and will be awarded to racers based on first-round appearance being 20 points and 10 points per round win. The winner and runner-up will receive bonus points in the final - two points for the win and one point for the runner-up finish.
The points program will be awarded to the top-five finishers at the annual banquet with the winner receiving a track champion trophy, a jacket, a minimum of $500 in prize money and a PTC Converter product certificate.
