Oshkosh, August 1 - The World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Model Series opened a four race tour through Wisconsin with their first appearance at the Oshkosh SpeedZone Raceway on Tuesday August 1.
A field of 36 WWO cars checked in and after the final checker , Brandon Sheppard, raced to his 12 series feature win of the season by leading all 50 laps of the event.
The Automotive Supply Company IMCA Modifieds ran the second leg of their King of the Ring series with Marcus Yarie running to his second straight feature win of the season.
The Nolte’s Auto Repair and Towing Street Stock division ran a special event with Chase Solomon claiming the feature flag, his first career division win.
Weekly Friday night racing will resume this week Friday, August 11. And the Zone will host the AMA Motorcylce races on Saturday night, August 12.
