Fifteen(15) years running--The Contingency Connection is your ONE STOP SHOP to reach thousands and thousands of WEEKLY grass-roots racers from coast to coast. The CC includes asphalt and dirt circle tracks, drag tracks, import, motorcycle, and diesel events. (See attached venues reached)
The 2010 Contingency Connection works like this:
- THOUSANDS of weekly racers RUN your decal and advertise your product all season long…NATIONWIDE at 50-100 tracks/series
- WINNING racers earn $25 product certificates awards towards the purchase of your product
- Racers must BUY your product in order to redeem the certificate
- You gain a customer and make a sale for the cost of a decal
The 2010 Contingency Connection will include:
- Oval, drag, import, motorcycle, diesel events (plus tow vehicle posting)
- 50-100 race tracks and racing series nationwide
- 18,000+ competitors and 50,000+ spectators EACH week
- 1200+ EVENTS with over 100+ manufacturers posting awards
- Sponsor Track Signage, Public Address Commercial Announcements, and Decal display at 1200 events
- End of season mailing list of ALL winners (not just your own winners)
Administrative Duties and Fees:
- NEW for 2010--All admin duties will be taken OFF of sponsors and moved in-house to the Contingency Connection. The CC will absorb all labor and all postage for certificate mailings! No more monthly winner’s reports, emails, mail merge, or mailing of certificates. WE DO IT ALL FOR YOU.
- NEW for 2010---Sponsors simply do TWO mailings: Mail certificates to the CC office AND ship decals to the tracks...truly a turn-key program!
- 2010 Sponsor DISCOUNT FEE=$3500 (Standard fee=$5250) Only $3500 for a season long race marketing program in 60+ markets, running 1200 times, reaching 18,000 racers and 50,000 spectators PER week.
Note: Print ads run ONE time for $3500+ while your CC ad will run 1200
